Hawaii Sublease Agreement

A Hawaii Sublease Agreement is a legal document that allows a tenant to rent out the rental property to a new tenant with the landlord’s consent. Even though a new tenant, the sublessee, may take on the terms and conditions of the original lease agreement, the lessee remains legally responsible. Furthermore, the sublease duration cannot exceed the original lease duration.
