New Mexico Sublease Agreement

A New Mexico sublease agreement is used when a tenant wants to lease out all or a portion of the rental property to a new tenant. The original tenant must have the landlord’s approval prior to entering into a legal arrangement with the sublease agreement, and the new tenant, known as the sublessee, must uphold all terms and conditions, including rent payment and property maintenance.
