Application Fee – There is no maximum amount a landlord may charge for an application.
Security Deposit – For a one-year lease, the maximum security deposit is one year. The landlord may charge more for leases over one year; however, they will be responsible for paying the tenant back interest. (§ 47-8-18(A))
