Month-to-Month Laws

Termination Notice – A 30-day notice is required before the lease can be terminated by either the landlord or tenant. (§ 540:11(II))

Increasing Rent – A 30-day notice must be given to the tenant if the landlord wishes to increase rent. (§ 540:2(IV))
