Minnesota Month-to-Month Lease Agreement

A Minnesota month-to-month lease agreement is a legal contract between a landlord and tenant for the short-term use of a rental property. It’s a popular option because it’s flexible and can be terminated with a one-month notice from the landlord or tenant. The contract renews after each payment, and the stipulations of the agreement must be adhered to since the document is legally binding.
