Michigan Sublease Agreement

A Michigan sublease agreement is a legal arrangement that can be used to rent out all, or a portion of a rental property to a new tenant with the consent of the landlord. A sublease agreement does not void the original contract that the initial tenant has with the landlord and the sublease contract must end when the original lease agreement terminates.
