Maximum Fees ($)

Application Fee – There is no maximum amount a landlord may charge for a rental application.
Security Deposit – One month’s rent is the maximum amount for a security deposit in North Dakota.
Other Deposits – If a tenant has pets, the landlord may charge up to two months’ rent or $2,500, whichever is less. (§ 47-16-07.1)
