Sublease Agreement

A sublease agreement is between a tenant who agrees to re-rent a property to someone else in exchange for monthly payments. Before subletting, a tenant must obtain consent from the landlord. Once consent is given, the tenant can enter into a sublease arrangement for a period not to extend beyond the master lease.
