Montana Month-to-Month Lease Agreement

A Montana month-to-month lease agreement is a flexible lease option where the contract renews after each month unless it is terminated with a 30-day notice from either the landlord or tenant. Know as tenancy at will, the month-to-month lease option still requires a security deposit like a standard lease and must be signed for by both the landlord and tenant to make it legally binding.
