Michigan Month-to-Month Lease Agreement

A Michigan month-to-month lease agreement is a flexible option for both landlords and renters since the contract can be renewed after each payment or terminated with a 30-day notice from either the landlord or the tenant. Known as tenancy at will, the month-to-month lease option is similar to a standard lease because it requires a background check and security deposit and must be signed for by both parties to make it legally binding.
