Month-to-Month Laws

Termination Notice – Landlords and tenants must give at least 30 days’ notice if they wish to terminate the lease. (Title 14 § 6002)

Increasing Rent – A 45-day notice must be provided to the tenant if the landlord wants to increase rent. (Title 14 § 6015)
