Washington D.C. Month-to-Month Lease Agreement

A Washington D.C. month-to-month lease agreement is a rental agreement similar to a standard lease except that it renews at the end of each month. Either the landlord or tenant may terminate the lease with a minimum of 30-day notice by either party. This document is leaglly binding in court and must be signed for by both tenant and landlord to make it official.
