Arizona Month-to-Month Lease Agreement

An Arizona month-to-month lease agreement is a rental arrangement between a landlord and a tenant that renews each month when rent is paid. Either party is eligible to cancel the lease in accordance with its terms (30 days minimum under State law). In the same way as a standard lease, the landlord commonly requires the first month’s rent, security deposit, and any other initial fees.
