Termination Notice – Landlords must give 60 days’ written notice, and tenants must give at least 30 days’ notice. (§ 8-402(c)(2)(i), (c)(3)(I))
Increasing Rent – A 60-day notice must be provided to the tenant if the landlord wants to increase rent. (§§ 8-290(b)(3)(ii))
