Maximum Fees ($)

Application Fee – $50 is the maximum amount a landlord may charge for an application, not including background checks. (§ 55.1-1203(C))
Security Deposit – Two month’s rent is the most a landlord may charge a tenant for a security deposit. ((§ 55.1-1226(A))
