Maximum Fees ($)

Application Fee – The fee shall not be more than the background check or $20, whichever is less. A receipt must be provided to the tenant. (§ 238-A.1(b))
Security Deposit – One month’s rent is the maximum allowable security deposit. (§ 7-108.1-a(a), § 576/74(f))
