A Maine rental application is a form that helps a landlord better understand the next potential tenant of their rental property. The document containing the tenant’s personal information must be completed and signed. This allows the landlord to run a check on the individual to verify their income and employment status. Landlords will review the information and approve or deny the application within 48 hours.
