Is it Required in North Dakota?

No. LLCs in North Dakota do not need an operating agreement to pursue business in this state but without one, an LLC’s internal dispute will be subject to the default regulations in North Dakota statutes. (North Dakota Century Code Title 10, § 10-32.1-13)
