Maximum Fees ($)

Application Fee – There is no maximum application fee that a landlord may charge.
Security Deposit – The maximum amount a landlord may charge for the first year of the lease is one and one-half months’ rent. The landlord may request 10% more after the first year. (§ 46:8-21.2)
