Maximum Fees ($)

Application Fee – Connecticut law does not limit how much a landlord can charge.
Security Deposit – A landlord cannot charge more than 2 months’ rent unless the tenant is 62 or older, in which case, they can only charge 1 month’s rent. (Conn. Gen. Stat. § 47a-21(b))
